OSRT 80th Annual Meeting

The Oregon Society of Radiologic Technologists (OSRT) will hold 14 hours of education meetings on Friday, April 17 and Saturday, April 18, 2008 at the Village Green Resort in Cottage Grove.  Board meetings will be held the Thursday afternoon and Sunday morning before and after the education sessions, you are welcome to attend.

The rooms at the Village Green are spacious and comfortable, and offer the traveler a peaceful night’s sleep in pleasant surroundings.  All of the hotel rooms are non-smoking and offer the guest access to all of the amenities on the property including the restaurant, lounge and expansive gardens. Some of the rooms are pet friendly; just ask when you reserve your room.  There is also an RV park with full hook up and cable.  All rooms have coffee, cable TV and two sinks.  The deluxe rooms also have a microwave, small refrigerator, fireplaces and private garden patio.  There are 14 acres of gardens to explore and entertainment in the lounge in the evening.  You can go to their web site:

They have a variety of garden areas, the Golden Garden, Bird Habitat, Petite Tropicana and Twilight Garden, to name a few.

There is a lot of history in downtown Cottage Grove and it is the Covered Bridge Capital of the West, there are at least 6 close by the town.  Dorena and Cottage Grove Lake are close by and there are hiking trails along Row River.  Check out the web site for ideas while you are there. http://www.cottagegrove.net/

Available space is limited. Therefore, any reservations received after March 16, 2009 will be accepted on an “as available” basis.  Should any guest choose to checkout prior to their confirmed departure date, a checkout fee of $25.00 will be charged.
