You will receive an invoice in your email, within the next couple of days, detailing the cost of all items you requested. If everything on the invoice is correct, then simply click the Pay Now button, located in the emailed invoice, and you will be taken to a secure PayPal site to pay your bill using a credit card, or if you have a PayPal account you can use PayPal to pay your bill. You do not have to register with PayPal to use this service.
You will receive a membership card in the mail within a couple weeks.

card This number is now necessary to perform all Credit Card transactions
and is used as a deterrent for identity theft, and credit card theft. We recommend using the online form for Credit Card payments, it is much more secure.
