OSRT VIRTUAL MEETING EXPECTATIONS

Check-in on day of the Webinar:

  • Follow the link(s) sent from the OSRT. Links go live at 8:30 AM the day of the event. The email with links will be sent out the week of the Webinar; email osrt.video@gmail.com if not received by April 8th.
  • Attend the webinar.
  • After the final presentation of the day, a survey will be sent via Google Forms to your preferred Zoom email. This is a requirement to verify your attendance; please complete it.
  • 7-10 business days after the webinar, you will receive a CE certificate by email.
  • It is your responsibility to report your new CE; reporting is not automatic.

  Navigating the Zoom Client:

  • To access the webinar, simply click the link(s) that will be sent to the preferred email you specified during registration.
  • No login is required as the Zoom Webinar Client is different from Zoom Meetings for desktop and mobile that you may be familiar with. However, you may be prompted to enter a name.
  • Please use a personal email to register for this webinar. Email addresses affiliated with workplaces often have firewalls that block parts of our workflow.
  • Please attend the webinar from a personal device (not a work or school computer). Firewalls may prevent your attendance.
  • Before the Webinar date, we kindly ask that you check the functionality of the device you plan to access the webinar from. This includes checking the audio/video capabilities to verify they work.
  • Technical support will be limited the day of the webinar; please reach out in advance if you are experiencing technical difficulties.

  During the Lectures:

  • Webcam is not required.
  • Participants must attend for the entire 50 minutes.
  • Your total attention is required during the webinar in order to receive credit for attendance. (IE: Browsing in another tab, or putting your computer to sleep will not count as attendance) Analytics will provide OSRT an engagement report validating attendees' participation.

  Verification of Attendance:

  • All participants will be provided with a certificate of completion for lectures fully attended. Your certificate will be emailed to you within one week.
  • It is the responsibility of individual conference attendees to submit certificates of CE completion to the ASRT, ARRT and any other agency requiring proof of continuing education.

Accreditation:

  • Lectures have been approved by the ASRT for Category A, continuing education credit.
  • All CE presentations meet ASRT time requirements for full credit. Each lecture is a minimum of 50 minutes in length and therefore equates to one (1) Category A CE credit.
  • CE lectures have been submitted for approval to the ARRT for consideration for CQR credit.
